Contemporary binding, tan cloth backed with gilt stamped leather label on spine; decorated patterned paper, very attractive (binding by U. Molzer, Boston, MA). Very clean, minor wear, well bound. Text has light pencil markings off and on, throughout the book; very lightly age toned paper. One page tear repaired. XXVI (2), 513pp including index, plus plates, some fold-out. Printer's date in back of book is for 1928. Text in the original French language. Further details/questions are always welcome. Scans can be made upon request.
Comments: this book was issued as wraps, and apparantly the paper covers were discarded when bound; new end pages, half-title page bound in.
