London: John Murray, 1834. First edition. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. Volume III (three) only. 1834, First Edition. Unpaginated. Illustrated with 29 engraved plates, though 41 are called for. Engraved title page. Hardcover, rebound in 3/4 morocco with purple boards. 4 raised bands and ornate gilt design on spine. Good copy. Outer hinges rubbed; spine leather scuffed; corner leather worn through. A few plates are foxed, but only lightly. Clean and unmarked text. Byron's journey through Scotland, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Italy and Switzerland. Missing 12 plates but still a nice copy of this scarce title. Digital images available upon request.
