Sinopsis

Lowen Clausen worked as a police officer on the Seattle force for 13 years, beginning in the early 1970s. During those same years, he studied literature and writing at the University of Washington and went on to become a businessman in Seattle’s Ballard district. He divides his time between Nebraska and Seattle.
