London: Michael Joseph,. Hardback. 56pp. First edition. Hard to find in dust wrapper. Two colour title page. Red flower detail to the numbering of each sonnet. Grey cloth with silver titles to the spine and pink and blue patterned papers to the boards. Matching pattern dust wrapper. Couple of tiny marks to front board, and a small patch of fading toward the tail of the spine else very clean and neat. Dust wrapper is tanned and slightly faded to the spine which has lost about half of its area retaining the author's name but missing most of the title. this part spin of the dust wrapper is attached only to the front dust wrapper panel. The back of the dust wrapper is completely detached. In a removable film cover the two sections are secure. Good+, sound copy in poor dust wrapper . Hardback. First Edition. 1947.
