Very Good in poor dustwrapper/Dustwrapper. 8vo. b&w illustrations Unique copy of Fisher's Ghost, being an association copy from the library of Queensland playwright, director and theatre personality Eunice Hanger, who also taught English and Drama at the University of Queensland in the 1950's-60's, and whose manuscripts are held at the Fryer Library; flat-signed/dated (1960) by Hanger to front endpaper; colophon signed by Douglas Stewart, Norman Lindsay, and publisher Walter Stone, who adds a gift-inscription 'for Eunice Hanger with regards 23.9.60'; apart from the Hanger association this is one of the more scarce of Lindsay's illustrated books - hand-tipped frontispiece plate and 4 full-page illustrations; No. 37 of 200 copies; blue buckram with gilt titling to front board; foxing/tanning to endpapers, some foxing to plates (mild-med), occasional foxing in text, o.w. Very Good throughout; dustwrapper is present but heavily edgeworn and in two parts.
