Doubleday and Co, 1966. Washed denim blue cloth boards with gold gilt lettering. Only the slightest hint of bumps. Very clean. Dark beige endpapers. Text is pristine and has plenty of black and white photographs. Clipped dust jacket is beige.it may have been cream at one time. Blue and red title, and a photo of Mr. Hope with a woman in front of marines is on the bottom half. Back of jacket has a couple of photos, and a small stain near bottom right. Wear at folds and at top and bottom of spine.
