Vol 2 the covers are missing and the book is protected by a mylor type transparent cover.

Each volume illustrated with B&W photographs. The volumes include: American (2 volumes); French; German; English; Roman; Spanish; Greece; Japan, and China; and Our Island Empire. Missing the "Russian" and "King Arthur" volumes. . Some of the spines have dark spots, but all of the interiors are crisp and clean, the hinges are strong, and all of the books appear unread.
