This uncommon catalog was published by the Florida Builders Co. to showcase their developments in the St. Petersburg area in 1955 and provide prospective buyers with illustrations and floor plans of the Fleetwood Homes that they could construct for them. There are also advertisements by various sub-contractors, landscaping companies, bulding material companies, etc. This provides a glimpse into the 1950's Florida building boom. The binding is stapled wrappers, and the color pictorial covers are in nice condtion with no creases, tears or chips. There is are two short crimped tears to about a dozen pages at the margin that does not affect the covers. NOTE: This booklet has a musty odor--it is included here because it is an uncommon item that is not often encountered. ; B&W Photos; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 74 pages .
