The Folio Society, 2002. Hardcover. Very Good. 2002. No Edition Remarks. 336 pages. No dust jacket, Folio edition with slipcase. Blue cloth with gilt lettering and decoration. Pictorial slipcase. Black and white and colour photographic and illustrated plates. Book has a slight smoky odour. Book is in better condition than most examples of this age. Neat, clean, well bound pages with very minimal foxing, tanning and thumbing. Small inscriptions and neat labels may be present. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Slipcase is lightly scuffed and tanned.
