Sobre este artículo
London: Constable , 1974. Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good Indeed. 10" by 7.5". Barbara Jones. A lavishly illustrated book dedicated to eighteenth century craze for folly-building by Barbara Jones, complete with unclipped dust wrapper. A study of the rise and fall of folly fashions during the eighteenth century, and the eccentricities the architectural craze carried on to modern day with an extensive reference of over eight-hundred follies that can still be found in Great Britain. Second edition of this work. A beautifully illustrated definitive book on the architectural follies and grottoes in the country by Barbara Jones, distinguished artist lithographer, and illustrator. Complete with unclipped dust wrapper. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally lovely with minor bumping to head and tail of spine. Dust wrapper smart with light shelf wear, sunning to spine and wraps. Internally, firmly bound. Light minor faint spotting to fore edge, not affecting pages that are bright and clean. Near Fine
