Harpercollins, 1994-10-01. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good+. First printing. Illustrated throughout with some sketches, but mostly black and white reproduced photographs from the author. The volume is fine. The unpriced dust jacket is soiled on the rear panel, has nicks and a closed tear on the spine crown, and there is a couple of small abrasions on the front panel. The jacket, protected in a sleeve, is also wrapped a bit off center. This is an oversized book. Priority ans international mailings will require additional postage.
