Les Joies du Sport. Daniel Jacomet., 1932. Limited to 750 copies. Original print from the collection of 44 sporting prints was assembled by Maurice & Jacques Goddet. The illustrations were all done by the Bosnian born Milivoy Uzelac. After studying at the Académie of Beaux-Arts in Prague he moved to Paris where his work was widely exhibited. He illustrated many other publications and was also a sculptor. Each print is acompanied by a letter from a famous personality of the day. This one is by Joseph Jolinon. Pochoir. Printed colour, hand finished. Very good condition. Size: 23 x 30 cm. (9 x 12 inches). Mounted Size: 39.5 x 48 cm.
