A comprehensive account of the evolution of Ford tractors. From the earliest Fordsons to the Ford-Fergusons and the Ford N Series, this book delves into the fascinating world of these iconic machines. The Fordson tractor, first built for export in 1916 and introduced to American farmers in 1918, played a pivotal role in revolutionizing farming practices. As the years progressed, Ford continued to innovate, leading to the production of the Ford "World" tractors well into the 1970s.
Ford's impact on the tractor industry extended beyond mere machinery. The Fordson and Ford tractors not only increased productivity but also transformed the way farmers worked their land. These reliable machines became essential tools for agricultural communities worldwide.
King's book sheds light on the engineering feats, design changes, and historical context that shaped the Ford tractor legacy. Whether plowing fields, pulling implements, or powering other farm tasks, these tractors left an indelible mark on rural life during the 20th century.

I found hundreds of nice dust jackets with no books to cover. Need one for your library? Have a look at that category!
Have some dust jackets to sell? Drop me a line!
I ship domestically in the US using the Post Office and internationally using consolidation services. Books are always wrapped then packed in cardboard boxes with padding to protect the contents. International shipments are double boxed with shipping paperwork attached to the outside of the box using a special envelope. And a complete duplicate of all the paperwork packed inside the outer box in case the attached set wanders off.
Previous international shipments to Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Spain, Sweden, UK --> Help me fill in my international bingo card!
