Brown colored stiff paper wraps with brown text on upper and spine; soiling overall, upper right corner creased; water damage on lower and tail of lower has 3 1/4" by 1/2" section missing in center. Interior pages, though browned and slightly foxed, almost all pages are water stained on head edge and several water stained on tail edge especially toward the rear; about 1/4 of the rear pages are also damaged on the tail edge. Photograph can be supplied on request. None of the text is missing. Binding is tight.
