Sobre este artículo
Triangle Books, 1942. First edition thus. Hardcover. Very Good in Very Good DJ. First Triangle Books edition, very good red cloth hardcover with black letter and design to covers and red stain to all page edges shows mild shelf wear to covers including a couple of bumps and small tear at middle of front hinge at endpapers, else tight and clean, in very good dust jacket clipped at bottom of rear flap that shows touch of soil, rubbing and edgewear that includes closed tears and tiny open chips. 301 pages. Still a pleasing copy in jacket of this "..profound psychological tale of men and women made primitive by adversity, of tense, heat-seared emotions and of a love that was purely physical but grew tender and deep and enduring.
