This version of "Fourth International" was published by Gerry Healy, grouping those that refused to join in the reunification of the Fourth International in 1963. This issue has articles on "The Revolution and the British Working Class", "Economic Policies of the Left Opposition", "Lenin and the War of 1914-1918", more.
