Sobre este artículo
London: Anthony Blond, 1962. First edition of Benedictus' first novel. Octavo, original illustrated boards. Very good in a very good dust jacket. Jacket design by Richard Chopping. David Benedictus' first novel, The Fourth of June, was considered controversial upon publication in 1962 due to its descriptions of violent scenes of bullying and unrestrained class warfare at Eton College. It was adapted into a drama, produced in London in 1964 at the St Martin's Theatre.
