N/P: Self Published. Cloth - Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 176 pages, with title page provided in manuscript by the author. Presentation copy inscribed by the author inside front cover. Believed to have been printed for the author at Oxford University Press between 1840 and 1850. Stated by the author on title page to be "an unpublished fragment." Matthew Holbeche Bloxam (1805 - 1888), was an amateur archeologist who wrote extensively about gothic architecture. He is also credited as being the original source of the legend of William Webb Ellis' invention of the game of Rugby football.

All inventory is hand selected and believed to be of significance for the collector, the reader, the historian or the general book lover. Historically, I have specialized in Kansas and regional history, but also maintain quality collections of Natural History, Theology, Americana, Railroad, Travel and Exploration, Medicine, Art, and Psychology, Neurology, and Psychiatry. Fine bindings, plate books, signed and inscribed items are an important part of my collections. Smaller, though intriguing collections of other genre are also a part of my holdings.
