This volume concentrates on the Lake District of England, covering towns and villages, mountains, lakes, people and transport. Mostly 19th Century views but with several 20th Century as well. A fascinating glimpse into a bygone era. In very good laminated pictorial boards. Internally, shows the words 'Strand Court'; in red ink on front endpaper and contents page, otherwise in Very Good+ condition: clean, bright and unmarked in excellent bindings. If not for the aforementioned wording, would have classified this as Near Fine.
