London: David Bryce, 1850 Half-bound in calf with cloth on boards and gilt titles on spine. Spine has raised bands with gilt title and decoration. Some rubbing to head/foot of spine and corners are scuffed with two top corners rubbed to boards. FFE are free of inscriptions. Frontis has small piece missing at corner. Light offsetting to title page. Previous owner's inscription on title page. Marbled folio edges. Crack in front hinge, and one internal crack, though overall tight gatherings. Folio 49 has small piece missing from margin. Clean text.
