Edition of 75 copies "sponsored by Jeff Craemer and produced especially in celebration of the Annual Election of Officers and 'Show and Tell' Program of the Sacramento Book Collectors Club in Sacramento California, on January 8, 1993." (from colophon). An earlier edition of 125 copies was printed in Sept., 1992 for the Twenty-first Joint Meeting of the Roxburghe Club and Zamorano Club on Aept. 19th & 20th. OCLC/WorldCat finds only 1 library holding of this Sacramento edition, there are 8 copies of the San Francisco edition found.
