Book appears unread: pages, covers and jacket are crisp, intact and unmarked. Incredibly well preserved copy. Two piece box is slightly sunned at front, two 1/4 inch teas to one side of box and box cover flap. Original mustard colored boards with colored panel woodblock illustration and embossed copper titles on a copper panel; housed in the publisher's box with the same colored panel illustration. 12mo (5 1/4 by 6 inches). 12 pages with illustrated endpapers. The mid-western poet and humorist's inspirational poetry printed on one side of double leaves folded in Japanese style with opposing woodblock illustrations.
