Sobre este artículo
London: Printed under the Authority of His Majesty's Stationery Office by Harrison and Sons, 1916. Very Good +. 32 p.: tables; 34 cm. Sewn. "Miscellaneous. No. 15 (1916)." "In continuation of "Miscellaneous, no. 14 (1915)." With printed note: "With the Compliments of Sir Gilbert Parker." Sir Gilbert Parker headed Britain's propaganda efforts in the United States from 1914 until early 1917, when President Woodrow Wilson severed diplomatic ties with Germany. Contains a lengthy document from the United States Ambassador in London, Walter Hines Page (1855-1918), dated Nov. 5, 1915, regarding "interferences with American ships and cargoes destined in good faith to neutral ports," which had "become increasingly vexatious." Includes an extensive list of vessels carrying American cargoes, generally sailing from American to Scandinavian ports but diverted by British authorities. In Very Good+ Condition: "ABH" in ink at upper edge of title page; "See page 19" stamped in red on title page; otherwise, clean and solid.
