Sobre este artículo
Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1991. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good Plus/Very Good. 8vo - Large (over 7¾" - 9¾"). N/a. 646pp. 1991. First edition. 8vo. size. A copy in lovely fresh, clean, tight very good condition in a very good wrapper. No inscriptions. Numerous photographic reproductions and musical scores illustrate the text. Original publisher's boards gilt embossed to the spine. There is what appears to be a printer's mark/line running across the title block - this concealed by the overlying wrapper. The wrapper has not been price-clipped and has slight shelf wear and is a little creased at the head of the spine. A very good, clean, tight copy.
