Top edge gilt. 334pp. Illustrated with 4 boldly colored tipped-in plates, all with tissue guards intact, by Howard Pyle. Pictorial green endpapers. No name, no book-plate, etc. Mild age soiling and toning to binding, still a very attractive period binding, in the first state. Very good.. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
