Boston: Little, Brown, and Company, 1934. The second title in the series starring Hamilton Cleek. This is a Very Good copy of the First American Edition [stated "Published January, 1934"]. Hubin, p. 313, states this is one of the works written by their daughter, Hazel Phillips Hanshew. Black cloth binding with green decorations and titling. Clean text; 332 pages, with a five-page catalog at the end, which states "Mr. Oppenheim's published books, including the three omnibus volumes, total 129" and further notes that 94 are novels. Bumps to two corners; slight lean; spine somewhat faded. There is some spotting to the page ends and a splash of light blue discoloration on the front cover. Lacking a dustjacket; in an archival plastic protector.. First Canadian Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
