First edition, specially bound in quarter dark blue morocco gilt and marbled boards, fine copy. 310 pp. Binding unsigned but tiny sticker at rear pastedown might give an indication as to the binder. We suspect that Kennys bound up a number of these and sold them at a premium. In any case, very rare in this binding.
