Zurich: Swiss National Tourist Office, 1956. Small octavo in wrappers (18 x 12 cm.), 48 pages. Illustrated in black and white and color throughout. FIRST EDITION. About half of the text is a review of the culinary products and traditions of Switzerland. The second half is an introduction to the table ware of the mountainous nation, especially that produced by the potter's craft. Some light rubbing to illustrated wrappers, otherwise near fine.
