Missing plate indexed as facing page 58. Prev owner stamp on ffep. Green cloth w black lettering on cover and spine, green stamp illustration on cover. Minor bumping to bottom corners, binding square, joints and hinges sound. Octavo. Second edition. The preface to this revised edition, written by the author, begins with a reference to "six or seven years ago, when this book was written." The first edition was published in 1916, so, though undated, this revised edition would be c1922, 23.
