Condition:
Pea-sized stain spot on the front cover; a few tiny white stain spots on the back cover; bright gilt lettering on the spine; sharp corners. Tight binding. No cracks. No loose pages. The interior of the directory is in terrific condition - clean pages with no notable condition flaws...the directory nearly appears to never have been used and still open crisply. The map is present, clean and firmly attached with no tears. Overall in great condition.
