[i]-viii, 86 pages of text, followed by [iii] pages of index and [i] blank, followed by 37 engraved plates. The title vignette and 11 plates are hand-colored, and 2 additional plates are partially hand-colored, leaving 24 in black & white. One leaf of text is creased, with a tiny chip to the top margin. A small light stain affects less than half of the text in the margin. Rebound in full leather, with the spine sunned, and the text and plates re-edged. An attractive volume. First edition..
