Cincinnati: Robert Clarke & Co, 1893. With Concluding Chapters by Henry V. Boynton. 658 pp. Blue cloth ex-library binding covers with white lettering on spine. Cover corners are bumped and lightly rubbed, edges rubbed, some wear to cover faces, spine ends are bent and worn. Ex-library markings include: stickers and bar code (covered by clear tape) on spine and bottom of front cover, pocket envelope on inside front cover, library stamp and stickers on front free endpaper, library stamp on title page, identification numbers and sticker on copyright page, library stamp also appears on a few interior pages, security sticker on back inside cover. Significant chipping to page edges on title page. Title page and first contents page are torn along spine edge, but not fully removed from book. Interior is lightly browning, but remains tight and clean. Book in Good condition. General George Thomas was a United States Army officer and key leader of the Union during the Civil War.. Cloth. Good. Size: Approx. 6 " x 9 1/4". Biography.
