This is an unread copy of the best-selling book Is It Genuine? How to Collect Antiques with Confidence, written by the British antiques expert and Antiques Roadshow appraiser John Bly.
It was first published in 1986 and was a best-seller; this is a copy of its first reprint, in 1987.
It is an invaluable book for collectors of antique furniture, metalware, pottery and porcelain, glass, clocks, netsuke, quilts, scientific instruments, toys, and other antiques. See photo of contents.
This book is in mint condition. There is very minor shelfwear to the (unclipped) dust jacket, but the book has not been read and is pristine.
