Hardcover. 419 pp. First edition, 1st state, with blue cloth spine, grey hard paper boards with dark blue titles. Corners of boards are a bit rounded, paper spine label is chipped and about half missing. Interior hinges are starting but holding, paper somewhat toned as usual. Some pencil notes on the corner of the first free end paper, but otherwise clean and unmarked. A few of the last pages were never cut/opened. Introduction by Sherwood Anderson. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 419 pages .
