London: Constable, 1909. First printing. Hardcover. Very Good/fair. 16mo, 5.25 x 3.5 inches, cream cloth ruled in red, with original glassine dust jacket also lettered and ruled in red. Book about fine, jacket good ony with some chips, loss and wear and a piece of clear tape on the verso at bottom of front panel, endpapers a little toned and foxed. Uncommon little book.
