... I love Richards way of describing things. He doesn't try to draw you in with trying to set a tone,

or romanticisms about each story or try to interject dry humour to dispell your fear ! He just gives you the story ! or at least what was reported on that particular event through other witnesses accounts, which personally is what I want !? Some hauntings are brief, when some are on going and extraordinary, and he seems to lend just the right amount of book space to each short story. As opposed to 'no telling gets more than 2 pages' !??
