From the novel by O. E. Rolvaag. Drama first performed at Carlton College in Northfield, Minn. in 1928. Includes list of Carlton Players from that production at rear. Stated first edition. Frontis photograph from Act III of the Carleton performance. No marks in book, binding tight. Covers show very light edge wear, paper title label oxidized? In unclipped white dust jacket($2.00) with photo on front panel, that shows some soiling, chipping top of spine, two small tears (1/4"). Book condition VG in VG- DJ.
