A very near fine copy in a very near fine dust jacket. Signed and inscribed by McCain on the title page: "John -Thanks for your support + kind words. See you in Tucson, I hope! Additionally signed by Fontana as well. Also includes a signed letter from McCain to John Loengard thanking him for his comments that were used by the publisher as a blurb on the rear dust jacket flap. An excellent association copy as the recipient was a long time picture editor and photographer at Life Magazine. Uncommon signed. This is a heavy and oversized book and will require extra shipping.
