London: Girl's Own Paper Book. Good to Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. No date (1921). Contains a wide variety of fiction, educational material and articles concerning self-improvement for girls and young women, from a magazine first published in 1880, and lasting until 1956. The first article in this compilation is "The Clearing of the Mist," by E.E. Garnet, followed by the serial, 'Rowena,' by Amy le Feuvre. Blue cloth w/decorative floral border around tipped-on colour illustration, title in green, floral decoration to spine, orange title lettering, 672 pages (including index) illustrated. Edgewear, worn/frayed corners/spine ends, moderately cocked, scuffed covers, soiled back cover, tanned/dusty edges, the usual handling wear (I'd call it Acceptable, but that's a meaningless term in the book-selling world, and is generally used by people from whom I wouldn't buy a book). This is heavier than the average book, so additional postage may be required to get it out of my hands and into yours..
