Original grey boards with black cloth spine lettered in copper. The book has clean covers, no fading, a few small foxing spots on fore-edge but no foxing on page faces, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, solid binding. The dust jacket has a 1cm tear at top of the rear flap fold, 5mm tear top of spine. The book has 559 pages + [1], and 20 b/w photos. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
