Condition:
The gilt on the spine has partially faded. Small cloth tears at three of the cover corners. Bright gilt top page edges. The title page has pulled from the spine half-way up from the bottom; there is a light smudge at the bottom-right corner. The text pages are in nice condition - clean with no notable issues found. Small cloth tear at the top-left corner of the spine. Overall the book is in Good+ condition.
