Cosmopolitan Book Corporation, 1923. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Assumed first printing with no subsequent history on copyright page. The volume has offsetting to the endpapers from the jacket flaps and there is an inked Christmas inscription on the front endpaper. The boardsd are in excellent condition with very light soiling. The unclipped dust jacket, sleeve protected, is edge worn with short closed tears on the rear panel, and additional nicks and shallow chips. There are two lengthly closed tears on the front panel (reinforced on the verso with acid free tape) and the spine is mildly toned.
