376 pages, appears complete. Leather binding holds strong but flawed with notable damage of crack along spline, slightly curling at edges, 1" section chipped off spine as well. First two blanks have damage along edges, as well as minor edge damage on title page. Page 17/18 1" rip, but complete. 19-22 loosening from spline but attached. Mix of yellowing/spotting on pages but few dogears. Near error in this printing - pages 248 is written as 148. Fair+ condition.
