Tenth and final book in the last of the four early-20th-century series featuring adventuresome young Grace Harlowe & her friends as they went from high school to college, overseas to Europe, &, in this final series, back to the US for some adventures on horseback around the country. Orig. published in 1924, this is one of the reprint editions from Saalfield, in 212 pages with frontispiece & 3 internal illustrations. With deep red cloth-covered boards stamped with a black design & lettering to front & spine, this hardcover 12mo is in VG+ condition: exceptionally clean & bright, binding strong & straight, both hinges intact. Pages heavily tanned, but still supple, unmarked save for former owner's name & address to ffep in neat pen. Very mild corner bumping & rubbing. NO DJ on this copy (please see our listing # 018330 for one with DJ, but in less nice condition).
