Only edition. 3/4 burgundy leather over black cloth, marbled end papers and remains of canvas printed jacket which was attached with matching marbled paper full flaps. Folio (41cm). pp. 440. Very Good. Two worn through corners, cap wear, internally fine. Unique handwritten ledger from all land purchases in Worcester County in 1902 of individuals and businesses with sur or business names E to K inclusive. Column headings from left to right of 2 opened pages: Number, Date of Reception, Grantees, Grantors, Book, Page, Character of Instrument, City or towns where land lies, Description. Original indices were bound and covered with a burlap printed pseudo dust jacket with matching marbled paper cards which revealed a 3/4 leather binding when removed. Salvaged burlap cover washed and constructed into a cover with original marbled flaps but is now easily removable. Oversize: 12lbs before packaging; will quote to destination..
