422 pp. Text is clean, bright, and unmarked in a square and tight binding. The only library markings are a library stamps on the top of the text block ad on the back free end paper. A memorial gift label is attached to the back of the front free end paper. This volume was apparently never put into circulation and appears unused. The DJ is covered in plastic and is in excellent condition other than being faded at the spine. Black and white illustrations throughout.
