New York: Macmillan Company, 1896. Book. Good. Cloth. 24mo - over 5" - 5¾" tall. Green cloth binding with gilt print on the front cover and spine. There are small pencil check marks in the margin throughout the text. There is a crack in the binding in the middle of the book, however there are no loose or missing pages. There are some light scattered soil spots in the text. There is a name printed on the front end paper. The cover has some cloth bleaching and some what looks like sticker remains on the front..

Rough cut pages are moderately tanned and thumbed at the edges, creased corners and foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards have been moderately rub worn. Noticeable shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are bumped and a little frayed Spine ends are crushed, with noticeable splits and chips. Light tanning to spine and edges. Book has a forward lean.
