London Printed by W. B. for J. Churchill at the Black Swan, 1711, hardcover. Fourth edition, To which is prefixed An Exercise upon Confirmation. -- "Preface signed: Rob. Nelson, with the date misprinted as 1076." Eight pages are mis-numbered, but the catchwords and sequences are correct. Two early owner names: Geo. Penam [and] John Gaston. -- Hardcover, 225 pages plus contents pages at rear, 3.7x6 inches, full leather, raised bands on spine, tooled design on front and rear covers. Condition: very good minus (cover edges rubbed; dampstain on endsheets; fore-edge foxed; covers a bit sprung in dry weather). -- It appears that this fourth edition is available in only reproduction (from the Bodleian Library Oxford), microfilm, or as online resource.
