Small chip at tail of spine. ; 39 pages + [3] pages advertisements + frontispiece. Green printed paper covers. Page dimensions: 184 x 123mm. Text in English, translated by V. Tchertkoff and Isabella Fyvie Mayo. Land reform, the land question. "The land question has at the present time reached such a state of ripeness as fifty years ago was reached by the question of serfdom" - page 33. With a three page note by Mayo on pp. 37-39 - "It is undoubtedly the case that in Great Britain the land question is at present much obscured by difficulties which really have their origin in it." .
