A very old book reprint of the 1903 original, much battered charm, sub-title "a complete manual on the building, heating, ventilation and arrangement." Many fotos and illustrations. Spine sunned, bit of splotching back board, expected tip wear. Binding a bit gappy in places, no text loose or missing, owner's names penned first endsheet. Foto will follow. *We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately.
